Our Story
Perfect Landscaping & Lawn Services is an independent, owner-operated lawn care and landscaping business run by Matias Jose on a simple promise: show up when we say we will, do the job right, charge a fair price, and treat every property like it’s our own. Based in Knoxville, much of our work comes from referrals and repeat clients.
Today we take care of homes, rentals, and commercial properties in Knoxville, Powell, Karns, Halls, Oak Ridge, Farragut, and Sequoyah Hills. Lawn mowing, mulching, hedge trimming, leaf removal, seasonal cleanups, planting, weeding, brush clearing, sod installation, and ongoing landscape maintenance — one call covers the whole yard.
We’re available Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. Every estimate is free, and referrals get 10% off.
